Dr. Rattner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986 and has been with South Arundel ever since.
Dr. Annillo is one of several doctors at South Arundel who grew up in Pennsylvania, but has since found her way to Maryland. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.
Dr. Kligge grew up in rural Newburg, Pennsylvania. The oldest of three brothers, he spent most of his time in the outdoors where he developed a fondness for nature and animals. He began his studies at Shippensburg University before moving to Virginia and graduating from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in biology in 1997. It was in Charlottesville that Dr. Kligge discovered his calling while working at a local companion animal practice. He is a 2003 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, where he met and fell in love with his classmate and wife, Alison Edge, D.V.M. Upon graduation in 2003, Dr. Kligge began working at South Arundel Veterinary Hospital. At South Arundel he has expanded his interests in radiology, cardiology, ultrasound and internal medicine, with an additional 70 hours of continuing education in ultrasound. Dr. Kligge has participated in the VMRCVM mentor program, he was the 2008-09 President of the Anne Arundel County Veterinary Medical Association and was honored to receive the 2010 MVMA Good Doctor Award at the summer conference in Ocean City. He resides in Annapolis with his wife Alison, his daughter Aisley and his son Soren. They share their home with Cody, a Golden mix and their cats, Fergus and three-legged Cricket. Dr. Kligge is an avid golfer and also enjoys hiking, tennis and summer trips to Cape Cod.
Dr. Myers grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from The Ohio State Univeristy College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. During her undergraduate studies at Juniata College, she completed two summer internships at the Chespeake Widllife Sanctuary in Bowie, MD.
Dr. Adamski is a native of Buffalo, New York and grew up near Philadelphia. He holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from Delaware Valley College of Science & Agriculture, an associate of science degree in veterinary technology from Harcum College, as well as a bachelor of veterinary medicine and surgery degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Dr. Adamski completed two year-long internships specializing in exotic companion animal, wildlife, zoo and aquarium medicine. He has treated everything from a poison dart frog to a bald eagle and every type of exotic animal in between. Dr. Adamski provides medical services for avians and exotics, including dental, surgical, husbandry, nutrition and behavioral information. At South Arundel, he is a readily available resource and point-of-contact for advice and information for all exotic companion animal parents in the area. Off duty, Dr. Adamski engages valiantly in a battle of wills while attempting to pacify and herd his two adorable and lovable rescued Canadian tortoiseshell cats. He enjoys hiking, reading and volunteering with the American Red Cross, as well as his local fire department as a first-aid/CPR instructor, firefighter and paramedic and serves in the Army Reserves Veterinary Corps. In his few spare moments, you can find him catching a movie at the local cinema and enjoying a bucket of popcorn large enough to double as a swimming pool.
Dr. Bailey grew up in Calvert County and knew since the fourth grade that she wanted to be a veterinarian. She attended Auburn University where she majored in Animal Science and she subsequently graduated from Auburn's College of Veterinary Medicine. Her areas of special interest include ultrasound, laser therapy, dentistry and soft tissue surgery. Enjoying all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Bailey has a particular affinity for client education and community outreach. She can be heard discussing current topics in veterinary medicine and animal health and wellness issues mornings on 98.7 WMZQ's The Boxer Show.
Dr. Bailey lives in Annapolis with her two dogs, a Dachshund named Maggie and a Bichon Frise named Lily. These two companions came to live with her as a result of a promise fulfilled to a terminally ill neighbor.
